What is the easiest and what are the types of yoga asanas?

Simplicity means that the condition of the body in which you can keep your body and mind calm and stable.

According to the tradition of yoga scriptures, there are four hundred million yoga asanas and all these creatures are based on the names of animals. Nobody knows about these asanas, so the fourteen rugs are considered as the main. And currently, thirty-two yoga asanas are famous.

Eases are practiced for physical, mental and spiritual health benefits and remedies.

The rugs are divided into two groups: –

Dynamic easy

Stable easy

Dynamic posture – Asanas in which the body keeps moving with power.

Stable Asanas – The asanas in which exercises are performed very little or no speed in the body.

Swastikasana / Swastikasana

Position: – 

Sit on a clean blanket or by spreading your legs.

Method: –

Bend the left leg from the knee and place it between the right thigh and the shin (the calf, part of the knee) and thus place the left leg of the left foot, then the right foot’s toes and the bottom below the left foot. 

Establishing the middle of the thigh and shin becomes a swastika. Meditate in the mud posture and prevent the spine from breathing directly through breathing. Do this yoga asana by changing the process.


Foot pain and sweating are far away.

Heat or coolness of the feet is dispelled. There is a great posture for meditation.

Gomukhasana / Gomukhasana


Both legs sit in front and out.

Turn the right foot on the left foot and place it in such a way that both knees should be on one another.

Lift the right hand up and turn to the back and grab the left hand from the back of the back and grab the right hand. Keep the neck and waist straight.

After doing this yoga asana for about one minute from one end to the other, do the same way.

Tip: – 

Keep the right side (left / right) hand above the top of the foot.


The testicle is particularly beneficial in growth and bowel growth.

Beneficial in metallurgy, poliomyelitis and gynecological diseases.

Strengthens the liver, kidneys and thoracic sites. Rheumatoid arthritis.

Gorakhshan / Gorakhshasana


Mix the edges and paws of both legs together and keep them in front.

Now sit on the suture pulse (between the anus and urine) and keep it on the Adi. Both knees are standing on the ground.


This yoga asana creates by getting the blood circulation in a muscular way.

Ending the senses of the senses gives peace to the mind. That is why its name is Gorakhshanasan.

Ardhamtsyesandras / Ardha Matsyendrasana


Both legs sit in front and out. Turn the left foot and place the eddy near the buttocks.

Place the left foot on the outside and near the right knee.

Hold the left hand on the right knee near the right knee and straighten the right foot.

Turn right hand back from the back and look back.

Similarly, do this posture on the other side.


Beneficial in diabetes and chest pain.

Yoga Mudrasana

Situation: Sit on the floor and spread on the floor.

Lift the right leg and get it under the navel with the eddy of the left leg of the lye. Try to apply the nose facing the front and the nose from the ground. Change hands to action.

Repeat by changing the legs again.

Sit in the cork posture.


Sit on the knees and boil the claws. Push inhalation and keep the right knee near the left foot paw and tilt the left knee right to the left.

Turn the neck back and forth from the neck and look back.

After some intervals stop coming in the middle while leaving the breath. Similarly, from the other side.


This is a verb of conch testing.

All types of abdominal cures and constipation are indigenous, such as gluten grains, gas, acid bile, sourness and piles of cough and piles.

This yoga asana is beneficial in all diseases related to the intestines, kidneys, pancreatic and spleen.


Status: – 

Lie down on the back by laying a valley or blanket.


Slowly lift both feet up to 90 degrees. With the help of arms and elbows, move the lower part of the body up so much that it should stand straight on the shoulders.

Support the back. Press the back with the help of hands. Apply the thumb to the throat and make it possible.

Then slowly gradually adjust the back to the ground in the earlier stage and then straighten the legs slowly.


By doing this yoga asana it makes thyroid active and healthy.

Obesity, weakness, stiffness, lack of growth and fatigue, etc. are far away.

Bhramari Pranayama / Bhramri Pranayam

Status: –

Sit in easy meditation.


Sit in the seat and keep the spine straight on the knees. Insert the index finger inside the ear.

After pronouncing the word “Om” with the nostrils of both the nostrils, sing the obeisance in the sound of a poem like a bumblebee.

Slow the breathing out of the nose slowly.

After the complete breathing, the melodious voice of the illusions will be closed automatically.

Make this pranayama three to five times.


There is sweetness in speech and voice.

Heart disease is beneficial.

The restlessness of the mind is dispelled and the mind is concentrated.

Prevents stomach disorders.

Controls high blood pressure.

Yoga posture has always been an important discussion in yoga culture. In some yoga schools located abroad, Yoga postures have been classified as standing, sitting, lying on the back and laying on the belly. But in the actual and traditional classification of yoga, Karma Yoga, Gyan Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Kriya Yoga Includes four main totals.

Karma Yoga –

This is the path of spiritual growth. Actually what we do is the action and its result is its reaction. The person’s life is ruled by his own karmic cycle. If that person has good thoughts, good work, and good thinking then he will lead a happy life. 

If that person keeps bad thoughts, bad deeds and bad thoughts then he will lead a sad and difficult life, living in such a selfless life is very difficult in today’s world. Because before doing human deeds, it seems to worry about fruit. 

This is the reason that we are facing problems like high stress, mental illness, and depression. Karma Yoga is rid of all materialistic paths and leads a happy and successful life.

Gyan Yoga – 

It is also known as ‘Wisdom Yoga’. This is a very difficult and complicated way between all. It teaches a person to merge in the inner self by practicing various mental techniques by organizing meditation and self-question sessions with the deepest conscience.

It teaches a person to differentiate between a permanent conscious and temporary materialist world. This path teaches us to stabilize the mind and feelings by focusing on 6 fundamental qualities – peace, control, sacrifice, tolerance, faith, and meditation. 

To achieve the goal and do it in the best possible way, it is advisable to practice Gyan Yoga under the guidance of an able guru.

Bhakti Yoga – 

It is also known as ‘spiritual or devotional yoga’. It is associated with divine love because it is the biggest path of spiritual knowledge through love and devotion. In bhakti-yoga, one person sees God as the embodiment of supreme expression and love.

Kriya Yoga – 

This is a physical practice in which many-body currencies are done through energy and breath control or meditation techniques of pranayama. It develops the body, mind, and soul. By practicing Kriya Yoga, the whole human system is activated in a short time.
